Your personal account holds your profile, language preferences, and login credentials. Your role and permissions within the workspace are set by the workspace Owner or an Admin.
Account Setup
The administrator account is created during installation, using the email and password set at deploy time. Additional accounts are added by invitation from a workspace Owner or Admin.
Profile Management
Update your profile information in Settings → Account → Profile.
Profile picture: Upload a custom avatar. This replaces the default initials-based avatar.
Display name: How you appear to other workspace members. Choose something that helps teammates identify you.
Email address: Your primary login credential and unique identifier.
Language and Interface
Display language: Available languages include English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. This setting affects interface elements but not your application content.
Change language: Click your avatar, choose Language, then select your preferred language.
Login Methods
Sign in with your email address and password. The credentials are the ones set when the administrator account was created at install time, or provisioned later by an Owner or Admin.
On Dify Enterprise, you can sign in with OAuth or SAML single sign-on instead of a password. Contact sales to learn more. Security
